Clients can choose between Weekly, Fortnight or Monthly meetings.  Typically clients will meet fortnightly as this allows enough time to complete actions between meetings and maintain momentum in the coaching process.

We are always just a phone call away and can offer one-off or 4 pack sessions for clients that want a little more support.

No.  This program has been designed to support individuals during their transition into Australia, the seamless integration into business life abroad and maximise individual effectiveness.

Aside from reporting on agreed metrics, all information discussed with your Coach is treated as confidential and, unless is likely to impact on your or someone’s well-being, will not be disclosed to anyone.

Yes, coaching sessions can be held in person, over the phone or via skype.

Yes, however employers are investing in your development hence we encourage sessions to be held within the normal course of your working week.

Our head office is located in Queensland although we support clients around Australia.

We are passionate about support individuals who are ready to change and take on a limited number of individual clients each year and are agreed on a case by case basis.
