THE BOLT CONSULT PROCESS

1. PRE-WORKSHOP

Initial meeting with CEO to understand their perspective on the challenges the business is facing with making Diversity and Inclusion real within their business.

  • Gather information pertaining to Diversity and Inclusion, HR policies, Code of Conduct, employee engagement surveys and current metrics and a process map of the employee lifecycle (pre-hiring to exiting the business)

  • Define success criteria for workshop

2. WORKSHOP

Group coaching session with Leadership team about Diversity and Inclusion with a focus on understanding each individual’s interpretation of Diversity and Inclusion and the barriers to making it real.

  • Gaining collective agreement about the problem

  • List of likely causes

  • Development of possible solutions and measurement criteria to overcome barriers to making Diversity and Inclusion real

3. POST-WORKSHOP

Report generated and presented to CEO outlining current state of Diversity and Inclusion, potential causes relating to the current state, solutions and metrics identified for shifting this and options available for tapping into the diverse talent which exists and creating an inclusion.
