THE BOLT CONSULT PROCESS

1. INTRODUCTORY MEETING

Ideally, we meet face to face with your stakeholders at a location of your choice or via video call (for interstate or international clients).

  • The key objective of this meeting is to have a high level goal setting discussion and determine how BOLT CONSULT can deliver your company’s desired outcomes for your executives.

2. GOAL & OUTCOME CLARIFICATION

Upon confirmation of engagement with BOLT CONSULT, the executive will meet with their coach in a session focused on goals, outcomes and success criteria. 

  • Deep dive into goals, outcomes, individual, team and business performance.

  • Establishment of measureable goals supporting integration and business outcomes which positively contribute to Diversity & Inclusion objectives.

  • Clearly defined success criteria for each goal.

3. IDENTIFICATION OF COACHING OPTIONS

Having gained clarity in the previous session of key objectives, goals and success criteria, BOLT CONSULT will map out a clear path with the executive to ensure they are comfortable as well as invested in the coaching to come.

  • Option exploration to achieve desired goals.
  • Development of road map/significant steps to achieve.
  • Identification of hazards/potential barriers to success.

4. 1-ON-1 COACHING

Each fortnight individuals will meet 1-on-1 with their coach to implement the plan.  Meetings run for 60 minutes and will include a review of the goal, progress achieved to date, development of detailed actions to be achieved within the next fortnight to support the road map and a review of hazards and barriers which may inhibit success.

  • Plan implementation.

  • Fortnightly/monthly progress meetings (4 or 8 months).

5. ENGAGEMENT CLOSE OUT MEETING

Close out meeting to review and measure progress achieved throughout coaching program and confirm tools and processes are established to support continued success. Subsequent to completion of this meeting, a report will be issued to the business outlining progress achieved on the success criteria defined in Goal and Outcome Clarification meeting.
